2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging Môr Creative for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or services.

3. Services

Môr Creative provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to:

• Social media management

• Content creation

• Email marketing

• Website design

• Ongoing marketing support via monthly retainers

• Occasional one-off or hourly work, where agreed in writing

Services are provided on a done-for-you basis unless otherwise agreed.

4. Retainers, Payments & Fees

Môr Creative primarily operates on a monthly retainer basis.

All retainers are invoiced monthly in advance and are non-refundable. Services will not commence or continue until payment has been received.

Retainers renew monthly unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

Invoices must be paid within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. If payment is not received within this grace period, Môr Creative reserves the right to pause or terminate services until payment is made in full.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide all required content, assets, access, and information in a timely manner

• Ensure they own or have the legal right to use any materials supplied

• Respond to communications and requests within a reasonable timeframe

Môr Creative is not responsible for delays or issues caused by late responses, missing information, or lack of access from the client.

6. No Guarantees & Marketing Disclaimer

While Môr Creative provides services with skill and care, no specific results are guaranteed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Sales, leads, or revenue

• Social media growth or engagement

• Advertising performance

• Website traffic or conversions

Môr Creative is not responsible for:

• Changes to third-party platforms (including algorithms or policies)

• Account restrictions, suspensions, or outages

• Decisions made by advertising or social media platforms

7. Intellectual Property

• All work remains the property of Môr Creative until payment has been received in full

• Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client

• Any unpaid, incomplete, or unused work remains the property of Môr Creative

• Môr Creative retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, on social media, and for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Môr Creative shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Actions, failures, or changes made by third-party platforms or service providers

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination & Cancellation

Either party may terminate services at any time with 30 days’ written notice.

• Services will continue until the end of the current billing period

• No refunds are provided for partial months

• Môr Creative may terminate services immediately for non-payment or breach of these Terms

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use this website for unlawful purposes

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission

• Attempt to interfere with the website’s security or functionality

All website content is owned by Môr Creative unless stated otherwise.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

Môr Creative may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this website.
